DREAMKEEP REWARDS

Concepts that have been published/pitched for American Family Insurance. The Midwest-U.S. insurance company looked to reward members through a loyalty platform.

The solution was an award winning platform in which members can complete activities to collect points. From taking cleaning their gutters to starting a neighborhood watch, people were able to get more engaged with their home insurance needs and earn rewards like recipe boxes, gift cards and experiences.

This project/account started off as a pitch and turned into a multi-million dollar deal to come to fruition. a number of ideas were presented to spread awareness of the program, some of which came to fruition.

The program won a Loyalty 360 award in 2018.

The logo for the loyalty platform. The idea was to take their current logo and add a personal touch. The initial version of the site allowed members to enter a dream they were working towards. The handwritten font was a call-back to the personalization aspect of the program.

A published direct mailer which awarded lapsed members free points to continue earning rewards.

Published “surprise and delight” direct mailer which gave members a free Panera gift card on special occasions.

An email blast highlighting one of the many rewards members can earn. In this case, it was an Amazon gift card.

Proposed premiums given to members or staff to encourage them to chase their dreams.

Pitched philanthropy expansion for the program. Rather than redeem/save up points for rewards, members could donate them for a charitable cause. Once a certain number of total points were gathered, the company would donate a large sum of money to a local food drive.

Pitched billboard adcept highlighting fitness activities, which members could potentially redeem. It was created in the spirit of the brand — simple and looking to empower their member’s dreams.
